The International English Language testing System (IELTS) is a test administered to evaluate the English language skills of non-english speaking candidates seeking to pursue education programs or immigration to English speaking countries. The test is designed to assess the candidate’s ability to spoken & written English in academic and social contexts and also use the language to communicate in the spoken and written forms. Graduate Record Examination The Sections are : 1) Verbal Section It comprises of a total 0f 30 questions that has to be solved in 30 minutes. The section comprises of questions like Antonyms, Analogies, Sentence Completion & Reading Comprehension. The total verbal section is evaluated out of 800 marks. The knowledge of vocabulary serves as the backbone of the verbal section. There are about 4000 prescribed words. All questions are multiple question types. 2) Quantative Section This Section evaluates the test tankers reasoning and computing power through a set of about 28-30 questions of basic high school mathematics, which has to be done in a period of 45 minutes. The test tanker is judge out of a total of 800 marks. All questions are MCQ types. 3) Analytical Writing Analysis Here the test takers efficiency of English language is tested through 2 different writing tasks namely ISSUES writing & ARGUMENT writing. The former asks for a general view of the test taker on a given issue whereas the later checks the test takers analytical skills. The whole section is Rated on a scale of 6.0
Scholastics Aptitude Test ![]() Test Of English as a Foreign Language. Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEL) is an international test that tests the test takers overall comprehensive knowledge of English Language . The test is compulsory or any candidate who aspire to pursue further studies in U.S.A. Test takers are evaluated out of a total score o 120, with an expectations of at least 80 marks by most of the universities in U.S.A. The 4 Segment On Which The ENGLESH Language Proficiency is Tested Are: Reading Test taker has to go through about 3-5 reading comprehension with 13 questions in each reading comprehension. The section evaluates the test takers ability to understand the written text in English and answer the questions though inferences and understanding o English language. The section carries a total of 30 marks. Listening This section evaluates the test takers understanding of English language in listening mode. Test taker listen to audio tapes and then answer the questions based on the audio tapes. The audio tape comprise of short conversation & academic lectures based on life scenario. All are multiple choice question. The section carries a total of 30 marks. Speaking The speaking section judges the test takers English speaking capability. As per the questions asked one has to speak and record the response within the given time frame. It testes the English speaking proficiency through 6 different tasks. The section also carries a total of 30 marks. Writing Writing section evaluates the test takers English writing skills with 2 different writing tasks as the medium. This section checks the test takers grammar knowledge. The writing section comprises of 30 marks. There is time constraint for both of the writing tasks. Graduate Management Aptitude Test The quantitative and verbal section have multiple choice questions. The questions Judge the test takers reasoning and logical abilities. The issue & argument essays check their perspective or opinion on a given topic where as, the English verbal section judges the souns understanding of the English language. DURATION OF TEST : 3 ½ Hrs.

It is designed for those who know some English grammar or who have completed the beginners level of spoken English. The Four Main Areas Covered Here : - Advance Grammer This Unit Covers Grammatical areas such as : Verb tenses Active & Passive Voices Conditional Structures Modals Structure involving adjectives Reported Speech - Vocabulary The Vocabulary unit introduces a range of key vocabulary including individual Words, Phrases, items of lexical grammar and common collections, Covers many topics relevant to students at this level. Money, Media, Crime, Job, Climate, Environment. - Pronunciation There are different pronunciation exvercises at the end of every grammar unit.
